Ella's 18 Month Check Up

On Thursday Ella had her 18 month check up and boy was Dr.R surprised to see how much Ella has grown in the past 3 months! Ella weighed in at 23 pounds 2 ounces, which means she has gained about 3 pounds in the last 3 months! Ella is 31 3/4 inches tall so she has grown 1 inch in the last 3 months! We received great news from Dr.R, Ella no longer has to continue physical therapy for walking because she is considered a walker now, she is all over the place! Ella's PT told us that she has made 3 months gain in the last month she has worked with her, what a determined child Ella is and we are so very proud of Ella! Ella is going to have her left leg/hip x-rayed this week to see if there is anything wrong since she tends to not put a lot of pressure on that leg, just doing this as a precautionary! Ella has a mouth full of teeth, 12 to be exact! Ella has really started expressing "yes" or "no" by shaking her head whenever she is asked a question. She has quite the personality and is so funny! It is amazing how much Ella has grown and changed lately, she is a true toddler now! We are truly blessed to have Miss Ella and Jackson in our lives!
