Jackson's Last Day of Preschool

May 24, 2011
Jackson and I had our last day of school last Wednesday so we are officially ready for summer now! Jackson's teachers gave out special awards to each child and they received their certificate as well as a very special memory book. Jackson received the "Lawman Award" for always pretending to be a police officer when playing! After the classroom awards we went to the Sanctuary for a special music and Spanish demonstration from both of the 3's and 4's classes. Jackson and his classmates sang a song about chocolate in Spanish, they sang "The Itsy Bitsy Spider," "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes," "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" and they did the Chicken Dance! I really enjoyed watching Jackson perform as he did it with smile on his face, he loves to sing! This year has been such a growing year for Jackson, he has learned so much! Jackson, we are so very proud of you and have a hard time thinking that you will be in Pre-K next year, soon you will be in Kindergarten! Where in the world has the time gone? You are so smart and we love you to pieces!
