My brother-in-law and Jackson's uncle passed away on Monday after having some complications from diabetes. Chance was a wonderful man and we will miss him so much! Chance is special because he had been waiting for a kidney and pancreas transplant for the last 2 years and in the end, Chance was the one donating his organs. Chance will always be a hero in our eyes! We love you and will miss you very much!

I am so sorry for you loss. I hope Chance's situtation encourages all to sign the back of their drivers license for organ donation.
