Yesterday afternoon we took Miss Ella to get her ears pierced! Ella did fantastic up until the point where the two girls piercing her ears asked me to lean her against my chest, put one hand across her forehead to hold her back and my other arm across both of Ella's arms so she couldn't move, yikers! We decided to do both ears at once which I am thankful for because there is no way we could have had Ella sit still for each side separately! As soon as she was finished the tears were gone and she was back to her smiling self!
On another note, as the afternoon went on yesterday we noticed that a little cough Ella had over the weekend had gotten worse and she ended up running a high fever in the middle of the night. I took her to the doctor this morning to find out she has RSV. I took some pictures of Ella this afternoon to show off her freshly pierced ears and she is all smiles even though she isn't feeling very well! She looks so stinkin' cute with her little diamond earrings, so girly!
