Tonight we carved our family pumpkin and we created a "friendly" jack-o-lantern! Jackson says that his name is Jackson, just like his! Mommy and Jackson did most of the work as Daddy and Ella sat back and observed. Ella wasn't big on getting messy, she is a princess, remember! Jackson really enjoyed digging out all of the pumpkin goo as well as the seeds! The seeds are currently drying and Jackson has big plans to bake them with Mema tomorrow, yummy! I do have to say that our jack-o-lantern looks pretty darn good for a non-crafty kind of person!

You guys make everything look so fun and laid back and EASY with two little kids! Our boys would be chasing each other with the knives! haha!
However you do it way to go... Jackson and Ella are so blessed to have such fun loving parents!
What a great looking Jackson-O-Lantern!! Fantastic job!! And the roasted pumpkin seeds turned out well, too!
XOXOXO
